Text Communication and Social Media Channels
When you travel with us, our tour manager will create a communication/text channel (e.g., WhatsApp) with your contact information and the contact information of all other guests on that trip. The purpose of creating this channel is to facilitate communications between the tour manager and all guests as well as communications among guests. By traveling with us you consent to our tour manager texting you for this purpose. You can remove yourself from the channel at any time.
We may create social media groups or channels that you can join. The group or channel may be created for an upcoming or existing trip or for building community. Depending on the group or channel you will either have the opportunity to join or you will be added to the group or channel with your permission. You can remove yourself from the group or channel at any time.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
· Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address used by the Company to promote our products or services, you can email us at hello@acecampstravel.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to administrative emails we may need to send to you.
