ARRIVAL:

This trip starts and ends in Jaipur, India. The closest airport is the Jaipur International Airport, located about 12 km outside the city center of Jaipur. If you arrive at the Jaipur International Airport on Friday, November 13, 2026 or if you arranged extra hotel nights through Ace Camps Travel at Dileep Kothi, our hotel in Jaipur, we will arrange for an airport transfer to pick you up and bring you to our hotel.

Check in time at the hotel is 3pm. If you arrive earlier, the hotel can store you luggage for you. Please try to arrange your travel so you can arrive and check into our hotel in Jaipur before 4pm local time so you have some time to get settled before our group Welcome Dinner that evening.

DEPARTURE:

Beyond breakfast in the morning, there are no planned activities on departure day. For those departing from the Jaipur International Airport on Sunday, November 22, 2026 or if you arranged extra hotel nights through Ace Camps Travel at Dileep Kothi, our hotel in Jaipur, your airport transfer is included in the cost of the trip.

Note About Arrivals and Departures from/to Delhi Airport:

For those of you flying in and out of Delhi, we’ll work with you to line up your transfers to and from the Delhi Airport, based on your arrival and departure info. The cost for airport transfers from/to the Delhi Airport can be paid directly to the hotel at check out via credit card, though you should plan to tip the driver in cash. 

Please fill out the Arrival and Departure Form below by Friday, October 2 so we can line up your airport transfers.
