Freunde von Freunde goes global.

I like interviews with real people in their real homes (or workplace) and Freunde von Freunde delivers just that. They have now expanded their interviews and are going global to talk shop with designers, artists, shopowners, decorators and more. Interviews in September will include architect Joseph Dirand, interior designer Regine Safronoff and knitwear designer Sibling; art collectors Christian and Karen Boros, graphic designers of and fashion designer Hien Le from Berlin; photographer Fran Parente from Sao Paolo as well as Marc Atlan from LA. Yeah!

"We are an international interview magazine, that portraits people of diverse creative and cultural backgrounds in their homes or within their daily working environments. Our content aspires to present multifaceted personal perspectives including impressions of cities, various art scenes and international urban living. FvF wants to stay borderless and attract a global readership by introducing real characters with a honest approach."

Take Kelsey Brookes for instance - from scientist (microbiology) to art and surfing.

Malin Elmlid - favourite obsessions: Fresh food, traveling, music and fashion. "I’m always on the move and traveling which is great, because I can connect with a variety of interesting people." Works at Wood Wood - “Brand of the year 2010” in Scandinavia and exchanges fresh loafs of bread for product or knowledge.

Xenia Hausner - painter. Extraordinaire.
