A: eGift Cards are redeemable towards any available booking of an Ace Camps trip, with space for registration.
Q: What is the denomination of a ACE CAMPS INC. eGift Card?
A: You pick the value starting from $50 up to $3,000 USD, for amounts over $3,000 additional cards can be purchased. There are no activation fees and all cards are denominated in USD currency.
Q. How do I pay for a ACE CAMPS INC. eGift Card?
A. You will receive a Paypal invoice to be paid.
Q: When does the ACE CAMPS INC. eGift Card expire?
A: The stored value loaded on an eGift Card does not expire.
Q: What if my ACE CAMPS INC. Gift Card is lost or stolen?
A: Treat your eGift Card like cash; Ace Camps Travel Company is not responsible for any stored value balance if the eGift Card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. If it is lost, stolen, or used without authorization, the value will not be refunded. Ownership and risk of loss is transferred to the recipient of the eGift Card immediately upon completion of processing of the order.
Q: Can I receive a refund for any remaining balance on my ACE CAMPS INC. gift card?
A: All eGift Card sales are final. eGift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash or cheque once the purchase has been completed. eGift Cards are not credit or debit cards and have no implied warranties.
Q: How do I redeem my ACE CAMPS INC. gift card?
A: eGift Cards are redeemable immediately upon receipt towards any available Ace Camps trip with space for registration. Just register for any available trip and mention you have a gift card credit you would like to apply in the comments section. eGift cards cannot be retroactively applied once a booking is complete.
Q: I received a ACE CAMPS INC. eGift Card but I would like to re-gift it to someone else? Is this allowed?
A: ACE CAMPS INC. eGift Cards are fully transferable to another individual.
Q: Can I use my ACE CAMPS INC. eGift Card for travel purchases outside of what is sold through ACE CAMPS INC., for example on a flight for a food purchase?
A: Your Ace Camps Travel Company gift card can only be redeemed on trip booking sold through Ace Camps Travel Company and cannot be redeemed for other services or products sold outside our company.
Q: Are my ACE CAMPS INC. eGift cards protected?
A: All Ace Camps Travel Company eGift Cards funds are held in trust.

Treat your eGift Card like cash; ACE CAMPS INC. is not responsible for any stored value balance if the eGift Card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. If it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without authorization, the value will not be refunded. Ownership and risk of loss is transferred to the recipient of the eGift Card immediately upon completion of processing of the order.
eGift Cards cannot be resold; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the eGift Card without compensation.
ACE CAMPS INC. are not responsible for eGift Cards purchased online that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information, including but not limited to, incorrect or inexistent email addresses. In order to ensure that delivery information has been entered accurately, we recommend that customers check all details prior to finalizing their purchase.
ACE CAMPS INC. reserve the right to refuse, suspend, hold for review or cancel any eGift Card order for which fraud is suspected.
By accessing https://acecampstravel.com/giftcards, and by purchasing an eGift Card on that site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing the sale and use of eGift Cards. In order to purchase a eGift Card online, information such as credit card and related payment and billing information need to be provided. All online orders of eGift Cards are subject to a process that compares information provided by you with information provided by your financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your online order may be delayed or held until the information can be verified. If information can not be adequately verified, such online order may be cancelled at the discretion of ACE CAMPS INC.. ACE CAMPS INC. may also delay or cancel the online purchase of a eGift Card which contains a personalized message that Ace Camps Travel Company deem, at their sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable. If the eGift Card delivery date has passed and you have not received confirmation that the eGift Card was sent, or if you need general assistance with the online purchase of your eGift Card, please contact jessica@acecampstravel.com
This Agreement will be governed by the federal laws of Canada.
In the event that a trip purchased with an eGift Card (in part or in full) is cancelled by ACE CAMPS INC., the value or the unused portion thereof that was originally paid for by using a eGift Card will be refunded to the original eGift Card account. If the recipient chooses to cancel their place on a trip purchased with an eGift Card (in part or in full), they will be governed by the normal cancellation policy for all tours as outlined below.

Customers must retain their original eGift Card until the stored value reaches zero and all travel for which the eGift Card has been used as a form of payment has been completed.
